Refund Policy

Effective date: April 14, 2026

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Settly. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions and services purchased through the Settly application. All refund timeframes below are measured from the date of purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided that the service has not yet been performed (for example, we have not submitted a declaration on your behalf, or document preparation for a registration has not started). Services expressly marked as non-refundable below are excluded from this right.

3. Auto-Declaration Subscriptions

Full refund — within the 14-day cooling-off period, if no declarations have been submitted during the subscription period.

Partial refund — if fewer than half of the paid declarations have been used, we refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

No refund — if more than half of the paid declarations have been submitted, or if the subscription period has ended.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period (the rules above apply).

4. IE Registration Service

Full refund — within the 14-day cooling-off period, if we have not yet started processing your request. Once document preparation has begun, the service is non-refundable.

Partial refund — at our discretion, if the registration cannot be completed due to circumstances on our side.

5. Residence Permit Service

Full refund — within the 14-day cooling-off period, if we have not yet started processing your request.

Partial refund — at our discretion, if the application cannot proceed due to circumstances on our side.

This service is non-refundable once the application has been submitted to Georgian authorities. A denial by the authorities for reasons outside Settly’s control (incomplete applicant documents, ineligibility, etc.) does not entitle you to a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team with your refund request:

Please include your Telegram username, the order identifier (or payment date), and a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days through the original payment method and in the original currency of the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@settly.ge before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most disputes within 5 business days. An unjustified chargeback filed without prior contact may result in suspension of your access to Settly services.

9. Fine Protection Claims

If a tax fine was incurred due to a Settly error during your active subscription, contact support with documentation of the fine. We will review the claim and compensate the fine amount if the error was on our side. This does not apply to fines caused by incorrect data provided by the user.
